1. Production lead time
Samples: 5–7 days. Bulk orders: 15–30 days depending on quantity and customization.
2. Shipping methods
We ship by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight and sea freight. Incoterms available: FOB, CIF, DDP and others by agreement.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are quoted together with your order (B2B quotation basis) and depend on destination, weight and method.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we provide the tracking number and shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list) by email.
5. Customs and duties
For DDP orders, all duties and taxes are included. For other terms, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
