1. Agreement
These terms govern all use of qiaozhuangpackage.com and all orders placed with Wenzhou Qiaozhuang Packaging Co., Ltd. By submitting an inquiry or order, you accept these terms.
2. Quotations and pricing
All quotations are valid for 【填写：30】 days from the date of issue. Prices are in EUR (or as stated) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may be revised if specifications, materials or quantities change.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and receipt of deposit (typically 30%). Payment terms: T/T bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. Production starts after deposit confirmation.
4. Samples
Samples are produced for approval before bulk production. Sample costs and shipping are 【填写：样品费政策】.
5. Customization and IP
For custom products, you are responsible for ensuring your designs and artwork do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We retain no rights over your submitted designs beyond producing your order.
6. Inspection and acceptance
All goods are inspected before shipment. Any quality claims must be reported within 【填写：7】 days of receipt, with photos as evidence. Claims after acceptance or after further processing of the goods are not accepted.
7. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by force majeure.
8. Governing law
